We offer a wide range of fitness classes 7 days a week, starting as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:30pm. Choose a fitness program below that interests you and click on the find a class link to view available classes. No sign up is required for most classes. Stop by today!

Class Schedules

  • Group Fitness Schedule

    Synergy has a wide array of daily classes along with our Les Mills programming. Whether it’s BodyPump, BodyFlow, RPM, Pilates or Salsa, our classes are available for all fitness levels. Try group fitness and see how much fun our classes can be! It’s included in your membership. Guest passes are available for non-members.

  • Lap Pool Schedule

    Synergy’s lap pool temperature is a comfortable 82-84 degrees, meeting the minimum requirements of the Arthritis Foundation while still acceptable for more aggressive classes such as Aqua Aerobics and Master’s Swim class. Swim lessons are available for children and adults. Check out our Motherwell Water Fitness program!  Exeter Hospital’s Physical Therapy department also offers aquatic therapy for various orthopedic diagnoses.

  • Mind & Body Schedule

    Experience a wide array of Yoga & Tai Chi disciplines in the comfort of our state-of-the-art Mind Body studio.

    Private Swim Lessons

    We offer private and semi-private swim lessons for children & adults 3 years old and up.  Learn from our elite team of  Water Safety Instructors (WSI) & USA Triathlon Coaches the seacoast has to offer! 

  • Warm Pool Schedule

    Synergy’s warm pool temperature is 92-94 degrees and ideally suited for more relaxing programs such as Ai Chi, Water Pilates, Aqua Yoga and the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program exercise classes.  See what the soothing effects of warm water can do for you!
