Available Classes
BODYFLOW
A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Truly a fitness class for the 21st Century, BODYFLOW brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary, holistic approach to fitness.
BODYCOMBAT
Combine moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.
BODYPUMP
A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.
BODYSTEP
The ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardioblast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you'll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.
RPM
Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.

Cardio Strength Circuit
Try this great way to exercise and burn calories, combining strength and cardio into one routine. Zip from one move to the next without resting keeping heart rate up and calorie burn high. A blitz-like approach to exercise, to whip your body into shape.

Functional Fitness
Increase your over all functional strength and balance using a variety of props such as tubing, medicine balls, resistaballs & free weights. Pilates based moves will be integrated throughout the class.

Low-N-Go
This class offers low impact moves that are gentle on your joints. This class will incorporate cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility. A great class for seniors too.

Pilates (Mat)
This PILATES-BASED class will accommodate all fitness levels. It will increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body, focusing on breathing and mindful movement. Some classes might incorporate the resist-a-ball.

Qi Gong & Tai Chi
This class follows an ancient form of Chinese exercise used to maintain health. QI GONG utilizes long deep breaths and safe, gentle movement that uses the mind with intention. This is an ongoing class with no sign up required.

Salsa
Salsa-robics is a fun, up-beat, low impact but definitely high energy cardio class that incorporates Latin dance moves including salsa, merengue, cha cha cha, mambo, cumbia, samba, tango & rumba. Be ready for some seroius hip & shoulder isolations & lots of attitude! No dane experience or partners are required. If you miss a beat, your heart won't know the difference! Try it! You have nothing to lose but calories!

Salsa 101
Same fun moves as those above but the instructor stays with each move a bit longer to ensure that those new to salsa have success, have fun and get a great workout.

Senior Strength
Increase your strength, balance and lean body mass thus decreasing your chance of developing osteoporosis. A variety of props will be used such as free weights, elastic tubing and body bars.

Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique latin moves and rhythms. Reggaton, Salsa, Merengue and hints of hip hop.

Boot Camp
Progressive ‘Full Body’ Boot Camp geared for the intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiast. Intensify your regimen with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to increase your heart rate and burn more calories. This class will challenge you both mentally and physically as you push yourself and teammates through an intense and motivating 60 minute workout routine.
This is a "Specialty Program" for members and non-members.

Strong Bodies for Seniors
For the beginner to intermediate participant. This class will increase your overall strength through the use of weights, elastic tubing and weighted medicine balls. You will improve your balance & flexibility and help you maintain an active & healthy lifestyle.
