Warm Pool

Synergy’s warm pool temperature is 92-94 degrees and ideally suited for more relaxing programs such as Ai Chi, Water Pilates, Aqua Yoga and the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program exercise classes.  See what the soothing effects of warm water can do for you!

    Arthritis Foundation

    Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program exercises are designed to increase range-of-joint motion.

    Aqua Yoga

    This is a mindful form of activity which helps to improve body awareness, balance, circulation, diaphragmatic breathing, dynamic flexibility, range of motion and experience water massage. Imagery helps induce relaxation and relieve stress.

    Beginner Ai Chi

    Beginner Ai Chi progresses from simple breathing, to the incorporation of upper extremity, trunk, lower and total body movements. Beginner Ai Chi is an instructional program that is required before attending Ai Chi.

    Water Pilates

    Strengthen and tone the powerhouse muscles, also referred to as the core. The rectus abdominus, internal & external obliques, the lower back muscles and gluteus maximus, which form a support for the spine and pelvis, are activated during these exercises.
