  Designed to help the mother-to-be relax during her first, second, and third trimester. Pregnancy massage helps relieve strain on the low back and lower extremity muscles and joints.  This massage also helps to maintain muscle tone in preparation for labor.  Moms-to-be are asked to present a physician's clearance prior to service.

  One-on-one consultation with parents and infant.  Our massage therapist will teach you strokes to use to help your infant relax and to help relieve colic and gas.  Infant massage can help improve body awareness and emotional bonding.  Pleae bring an extra diaper, bottle, and toy.

When performed by an oncology trained therapist, massage and other gentle forms of bodywork are safe and effective modalities for the multitude of physical and emotional discomfort that accompany cancer and it's treatments. While taking caution with tumor sites, lymphedema and bone involvement it can help to alleviate pain, fatigue, anxiety, neuropathy and the many side effects brought about by medications and other treatment protocols.   A client can pay for a massage using cash, check, credit card or gift certificate at the time of the appointment. Appointments can be canceled with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Payment is charged in full for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  
  Gift certificates must be presented at time of massage or the appointment will need to be paid for using cash, check or charge.
  
  All non-members may use the facility free of charge on the day of your scheduled massage.  If you plan to work out prior to your massage session please allow plenty of time to use the showers before your massage session.
