New Music, New Moves ~ Coming in July!

Synergy will be bringing you new and exciting choreography for all of our LES MILLS™ classes throughout the month of July.  Two LES MILLS™ programs will be re-launched each week providing you with the opportunity to experience the excitement of what our LES MILLS™ classes are all about.

Week 1 - July 5th through July 11th

Never tried our LES MILLS™ group fitness programs? Come to our technique classes.  One half hour of program specific technique consisting of basic moves & knowledge for you to feel comfortable taking one of our  LES MILLS™ classes.  Look for the *T* on our Group Fitness schedule.
