Our Personal Training Team will start by giving you a complete lifestyle assessment, and design a fitness program to help you achieve your goals no matter how small or large.

In addition to personal training, Synergy offers Private STOTT PILATES® TrainingPrivate Swim Lessons, Personal Yoga Instruction & Private Golf Lessons.
