Therapeutic Anusara- Inspired™ Hatha Yoga
Anusara Yoga® is a modern Hatha Yoga system founded in 1997 by John Friend. It is distinguished by its concise universal principles of alignment. By identifying the key place of power in the body within a given pose (focal points),
Anusara Yoga® integrates the science of bio-mechanical alignment, the art of inner body awareness and the celebration of the heart.
Private therapeutic Anusara-Inspired™ Hatha Yoga addresses the needs of the client in relation to a specific problem. An individualized program will be developed to meet those specific needs, with a focus on postural alignment.
Private Therapeutic Anusara Yoga® sessions are conducted with Nancy Claire, Synergy Anusara-Inspired™ Hatha Yoga Teacher.
Traditional 1:1 Yoga
Individualized 1:1 yoga instruction in traditional poses is available for beginners to advanced students.
