Beginner Free Weight Program
This class is perfect for Members & Non-members looking to learn more about free weight exercises and want to challenge their strength routine.
Beginner Running Program
The beginner running program is designed for the client who is looking to integrate running into their activities of daily living following a walk/run format.
Rookie Running Program
Rookie running is a progressive 6 week program for the runner ready to increase their mileage and improve pace time.
Boot Camp
This class will challenge you both mentally and physically as you push yourself and teammates through an intense and motivating 60 minute workout routine.
Masters Swim
The workout is similar to the USMS (United States Masters Swim) program. Masters is for the recreational or experienced swimmer of any level looking to improve fitness and technique to become a better swimmer.
Motherwell - A Class for Pregnant Women
A mild to moderate exercise program which focuses on improving muscular strength and tone especially in areas affected by pregnancy.
