Synergy offers a wide variety of unique programs designed to focus on specific populations. Whether your interests are sports specific or you have medically based needs, our "For Fee" programs might provide the motivation and direction you need to take you to the next level of health and wellness.

  • Boot Camp

    Progressive ‘Full Body’ Boot Camp geared for the intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiast.  Intensify your regimen with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to increase your heart rate and burn more calories.

  • Beginner Free Weight

    This class is perfect for members/non-members who are looking to learn more about free weight exercises and want to challenge their current strength training routine!

  • Beginner Running

    The beginner running program is designed for the client who is looking to integrate running into their activities of daily living following a walk/run format.

  • Masters Swim

    This program is designed for the recreational or experienced swimmer looking to improve their fitness and swim technique.  Similar to the United States Master Swim program, this class is sure to provide the edge in the water you are looking for.

  • Motherwell

    Motherwell is a mild to moderate exercise program which focuses on improving muscular strength and tone expecially in areas affected by pregnancy.

  • Youth Yoga

    This program is designed to have a powerful effect on your childs physical, mental and emotional development in the comfort of our Mind & Body studio.

  • Private Golf Lessons

    This program was designed to benefit golfers of all ages and ability levels.  You will build a solid foundation working on swing fundamentals to improve all aspects of your game.  Digital analysis software is utilized by a certified golf professional to ensure respective goals and objectives are being reached.
