Beginner Free Weight Program
This class is perfect for Members & Non-members looking to learn more about free weight exercises and want to challenge their strength routine.
This group personal training course is a great low cost alternative to one-on-one private sessions. This class is designed to integrate entry level free weight exercises to the novice lifter. Consists of professionally guided exercises that include upper body, lower body, and core.
You will Learn
- Proper spotting techniques
- Proper lifting technique
- How to target specific muscle groups
- Specifically designed sample workout routines
* Each participant will receive a workout binder consisting of 28 exercises and a 183 page "Anatomy of Exercise" instructional training book.
