Beginner Running

The beginner running program is designed for the client who is looking to integrate running into their activities of daily living following a walk/run format.  The goal over the 8 week program will be to progressively shorten the walk interval and lengthen the jog/run interval so you can sustain a non stop jog for 3.1mi (5K) or 30 minutes!

Program Pre-requisite: Client should have an initial fitness level to continually alternate a walk/jog for 30 minutes.
