Beginner Running

The beginner running program is designed for the client who is looking to integrate running into their activities of daily living following a walk/run format.  The goal over the 8 week program will be to progressively shorten the walk interval and lengthen the jog/run interval so you can sustain a non stop jog for 3.1mi (5K) or 30 minutes!

Program Pre-requisite: Client should have an initial fitness level to continually alternate a walk/jog 1 minute intervals for 30 minutes.

Pre-run stretching
Walk/Jog/Run workout
Cool-down
Post-run stretching

Tuesday, September 27th  9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Thursday, September 29th 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
