This workshop is for the enthusiastic golfer who is looking to improve their golf game. After an introduction to the 5 Basic Principles of STOTT Pilates®, we will learn golf conditioning Mat exercises that will help you to increase your club head speed and prevent injury. The exercise program will support the development of body awareness, core strength and the combination of strength and flexibility needed in your golf game. We also will establish a Pre-game routine and look into the ideal posture for your golf swing.
This workout was developed by Moira Merrithew the co-founder of STOTT Pilates® and Michael Hunt; the lead Master Instructor at the Jim McLean Golf School for the past decade.
