Rookie Running Program

Rookie Running is a progressive 6 week program for the "rookie" or runner that is ready to advance their mileage and improve pace time. Each week the program will focus on specific training protocols targeting speed, endurance, hills, pacing and distance, building up to 5+ miles.

Program Pre-requisite: Anyone who can run a minimum of 3.0 miles at a 13 minute mile (or better) pace without stopping or walking.

Pre-run stretching
Walk/Jog/Run workout
Cool-down
Post-run stretching

Class Day & Time

Saturday's  7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
