STOTT PILATES®
STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Co-founders Moira and Lindsay G.Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent more than a decade refining the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise and equipment. This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and effective methods available. This clear and detailed approach forms the basis for STOTT PILATES® training and certification programs. It’s used by rehab and prenatal clients, athletes, celebrities and everyone in between.
The goal of Stott Pilates™ programming is improved core stability and alignment. The exercises increase strength, flexibility, and endurance along with restoring the natural curves of the spine. Stott Pilates™ also relieves tension, enhances self-confidence, and improves body awareness. The result is a balanced and aligned body that is fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.

Introductory Private Package
Introductory Package (5 Sessions)
All NEW clients must purchase the Introductory Package before progressing to individual and duo package programs. -
Individual Private Packages
For clients who have completed at least 5 private sessions. The individual package tailors your program to your individual goals, body type and postural needs. Clients tend to see quicker results and gain a deeper understanding of each exercise with private training.

Duo (Semi-Private) Packages
For clients who have completed at least five private sessions. The sessions move at a quicker pace and involve a more challenging repertoire. Please note that Synergy does not arrage make-up sessions if one person does not show up. If one client can not attend the session, both clients should re-schedule. If one client is absent from the session, the absent client has chosen to forfeit the session they could not attend.

Individual Mat Packages
For clients who are looking to improve individual mat technique utilizing personal body weight for resistance. Improve overall strength & flexibility utilizing exercises in your own personal setting.
All classes and private sessions meet for one hour.
All Pilates Sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
