Heated Basalt stones are used to relax tight muscles providing a massage that penetrates deeper into the muscle tissue.   This technique is great for chronic pain, tension or muscle soreness.  It is also great if you just want to feel completely pampered.  An amazing experience focusing on deep relaxation of body, mind and spirit.

MATERNITY MASSAGE (50 minutes - first and second trimester)

Designed to relax the mother-to-be from the first to third trimester. This massage relieves muscle strain on lower back, legs, and feet and reduces strain on weight bearing joints. Pregnancy massage also helps to maintain muscle tone in preparation for labor and delivery. The use of pillows and various positioning techniques allow the mother-to-be full relaxation.
NOTE: Prior to scheduling this massage, clients must pick up a release form from the Synergy front desk. This form needs to be filled out by her obstetrician or health care provider and  brought in  for her initial session.

INFANT MASSAGE (50 Minutes Only)

One to one teaching parent(s) and infant a full protocol of strokes for relaxation, relief of colic and gas, and body awareness. Please bring extra diaper, blanket, towel and a favorite toy for baby.

REIKI (pronounced “ray-key”)

This ancient Japanese style of bodywork is based on the concept that healing within the body can occur by working in combination with the client_ s emotional, mental and spiritual levels.  This gentle and non-invasive type of bodywork leaves one feeling utterly relaxed and can be done fully clothed.  

SPORTS MASSAGE (25 Minutes Only)

A combination of stretching, compression and gliding techniques are used to help the body release lactic acid buildup.  Great for pre and post events or in conjunction with your training schedule.  Helps to improve performance and recovery time.

A client can pay for a massage using cash, check, credit card or gift certificate at the time of the appointment.  Appointments can be canceled with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  Payment is charged in full for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  

·        Gift certificates must be presented at time of massage or the appointment will need to be paid for using cash, check or charge.

·        If you plan to work out prior to your massage session please allow plenty of time to use the showers before your massage session.

How do I use my massage savings card? 

You can schedule massage services and use your available balance to pay for each service you use. When your balance is used up, you can top it up with another purchase. 

Do I receive any discount off services?  

Yes, when you use your savings card, you will receive 10% off the regular rate of any massage service, (non-members will receive 10% off non-member rates).

What services can I use my savings card for? 

You may use your savings card for any of our massage services.
